Following the global shift in work dynamics post-pandemic, Simon’s passion for shaping the Future of Work was reignited. He founded Purposeful Intent, a vibrant community built to offer end users a genuine space to explore challenges, celebrate wins, and discuss what’s coming next in workplace innovation.
Simon is currently the Business Development Lead for CRE Partners at Bevi, where he bridges strategy, technology, and human experience.
His diverse background includes 5 years in Commercial Development in the UK, 8 years leading IWMS product development and sales, 4 years advising Fortune 500 companies on real estate technology strategy, and 3 years growing Purposeful Intent into a respected industry voice.
